Before working with sophisTex on the Pricing Intelligence Board (PIB) project, DMK lacked a dedicated, scalable cloud-based application to support their highly time-sensitive sales processes. Existing solutions were either tied to legacy systems or lacked the reliability and responsiveness required for critical sales activities.

sophisTex developed a completely independent, cloud-native sales application running on SAP BTP / ABAP Cloud, designed specifically to meet these demanding requirements. The app benefits from SAP’s robust cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability without dependence on local hardware. Integration with ERP and BW systems via Cloud Connector enables timely access to critical data, while cached tables guarantee uninterrupted operation during any system downtimes. The Managed Application Service provided by sophisTex covers proactive management of SAP BTP and Fiori upgrades, including preparation, testing, and issue resolution to ensure seamless production continuity.

Feedback from DMK highlights sophisTex’s thorough support and deep expertise in cloud platform management, with rapid responses and careful upgrade handling ensuring zero interruptions for sales users. The Managed Application Service (MAS) for SAP Portfolio and Project Management (SAP PPM) delivered by sophisTex to DMK resulted in a highly satisfied customer. The service included SAP Basis consulting, enhancements to SAP PPM, Fiori app development and optimization, BRF+ configuration, and comprehensive bugfixing across the integrated SAP ERP, BW, and IBP environments.
